Hallo! Mein Name ist Rafael, ich werde bald aus meinem Zimmer ausziehen und suche jemanden, der Interesse hat. Die Mindestaufenthaltsdauer beträgt laut Vermieter ein Jahr.
Das Zimmer ist 16 Quadratmeter groß, also recht geräumig und komplett möbliert mit Schreibtisch, Stühlen, Kleiderschrank, Regalen und Bett. Das Bett ist eigentlich ein Schlafsofa und verfügt über eine Matratze für bequemen Schlaf.
Die Wohnung besteht aus vier Zimmern, einem Gemeinschaftsraum/Küche und einem Badezimmer. Internet, Heizung und Wasser sind in den Nebenkosten enthalten. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Tellern, Besteck, einem Geschirrspüler, Tassen und Kochutensilien wie Pfanne und Bratpfanne. Es verfügt außerdem über eine Mikrowelle und Kochplatten zum Kochen. Im Inneren des Kühlschranks befindet sich außerdem ein Gefrierfach.
Zum Wäschewaschen steht Ihnen im Keller eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Je nachdem, welche Waschart Sie wählen, kostet es etwa 1-2 Euro pro Waschgang.
Wenn Sie ein Fahrrad haben, gibt es auch einen Parkplatz an der Seite des Gebäudes.

Hello! My name is Rafael, I will be moving out of my room soon and am looking for someone who is interested. According to the landlord, the minimum length of stay is one year.
The room is 16 square meters, so quite spacious and fully furnished with a desk, chairs, wardrobe, shelves and bed. The bed is actually a sofa bed and has a mattress for comfortable sleep.
The apartment consists of four rooms, a common room/kitchen and a bathroom. Internet, heating and water are all included in the additional costs. The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, a dishwasher, cups and cooking utensils such as a pan and frying pan. It also has a microwave and hotplates for cooking. There is also a freezer compartment inside the refrigerator.
There is a washing machine in the basement for washing clothes. Depending on which type of washing you choose, it costs around 1-2 euros per wash.
If you have a bike there is also parking on the side of the building.

The shared apartment is very well located between the Rhein-Neckar-Intersection and Luisenplatz, so you can reach the main public transport or the city center in less than 5 minutes on foot. Nearby there are supermarkets, gyms, restaurants and all kinds of services within walking distance.
