Da ich von April bis Ende September ein Praktikum in München mache, würde ich gerne mein Zimmer zwischenvermieten.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und hat hohe Decken, daher auch die Empore, auf der man schlafen kann. Neben einer ausziehbaren Schlafcouch gibt es noch andere Sitzmöglichkeiten (Sessel, Sitzsack,...), sowie einen großen Smart TV inklusive Playstation, Wii und Soundanlage. Den Bildschirm nehme ich wahrscheinlich mit.
Sehr zentral gelegen, 2 Minuten zu Fuß von der Haltestelle "Eschollbrücker Straße" entfernt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 8 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und es gibt viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe (und einen sehr guten Döner um die Ecke). Außerdem ist man auch zu Fuß sehr schnell im Zentrum (ca. 10 Minuten).
Du ziehst in eine lustige, offene 4er-WG ein (zwei Frauen, ein Mann und Du), die gerne mal was zusammen unternimmt oder entspannt kocht/trinkt/spielt. Außerdem haben wir oft Freunde da und sind alle sehr gesellige Menschen. Uns ist eine Grundordnung- und Sauberkeit wichtig.
