Die drei Zimmer Wohnung ist sehr hell und hat einen tollen Altbau Charme. Teilweise sind noch die 100 Jahre alten Holzdielen vorhanden. Grundsätzlich ist alles notwendige vorhanden: voll ausgestattete Küche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Esstisch, etc.
Die Wohnung liegt nah an der Orangerie und dem Prinz-Emil Garten. Man ist also sehr schnell im Grünen. Außerdem sind zwei Haltestellen (Linie 1,3,7,8) schnell erreichbar.
Ich arbeite mittlerweile nur noch 1 Tag pro Woche in Darmstadt und bin daher meist nur 1 Tag pro Woche und gelegentlich am Wochenende da. Dementsprechend hättest Du die Wohnung auch oft für Dich alleine.
Wenn ich da bin freue ich mich auf gelegentliches gemeinsames Kochen und Essen o.ä. - ist aber kein Muss..
