schön wärs was?.. offensichtlich, ist es das was alle suchen..aber wer glaubt sowas? es handelt sich nur um ein ganz normales, typisches 16qm Zimmer in ner StudentenWG im Martinsviertel.Vor einem Jahr habe ich hier einen hellen Laminatfußboden verlegt. Die Wohnung liegt nur 10 min Fußweg zur Uni Stadtmitte. 1min zum H-Bus. Und verfügt außerdem über ein Bad mit großem Fenster, sowie die obligatorische DSL - Flatrate. Die angegebene Miete deckt ALLE monatlichen Kosten ab. Am Ende des Jahres gab es bisher immer eine Rückzahlung bei der Nebenkostenabrechnung. Wers nicht versteht: Effektiv heißt das etwa 10 Euro weniger im Monat. Meldet euch per Mail, oder Telefon, haltet eure termine ein, oder lasst es einfach sein. frei ab 1. Juni. danke
