Eigentlich will ich mich gar nicht trennen. Ich liebe mein Zimmer, meine Mitbewohner sind zu echten Freunden geworden und in wenigen Schritten ist man im Herrngarten oder Bürgerpark. Außerdem haben wir unseren Grill noch nicht eingeweiht.
Mein Zimmer übergebe ich euch mit voller Einrichtung.
Ansonsten ist der Supermarkt um die Ecke, du brauchst 5 Fahrradminuten in die city bzw. zur Uni.
Ihr könnt euch die Wohnung gerne anschauen ab dem 15.5., da ich vorher im Urlaub bin.
Die Nebenkosten beinhalten übrigens die Flatrate für Telefon und Internet.
