Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß, sehr hell und Teil einer großzügigen 75qm Wohnung im EG. Insgesamt besteht die Wohnung aus 3Zimmer Küche Bad und Balkon. Alle Zimmer sind Südlage und daher sehr hell. Das dritte Zimmer (20qm) ist gemeinsames Arbeits- und Wohnzimmer, daran gliedert sich auch der gemeinsame Balkon an. Im Keller und Dachboden gibt es genügend Abstellraum. Gute Verkehrsanbindung – Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus, sowie gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Ruhige Wohnlage, hinter dem Haus fängt die Lichtwiese an.
Die Miete beträgt 333€, darin alle NK, Telfon/Internetflat enthalten.
