Wir sind eine nette und saubere 4er-WG und suchen zum 1.7. eine(n) Nachfolger(in) für eine Mitbewohnerin.
Das Zimmer ist relativ klein, dafür gibts eine grosse Wohnküche. Zusätzlich gibts ein Bad und eine Abstellkammer, die ihr euch mit einer Person teilt. Möbel sind vorhanden, können aber auch eingelagert werden wenn ihr Eigene mitbringen wollt.
Die WG befindet sich in einem Studentenwohnheim, das Gebäude ist gerade frisch renoviert. Die Lage ist ruhig (abgesehen von den Parties ;-) ), gelichzeitig ist die Innenstadt in ca. 5 min per Bus oder Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Wichtig: Da das Gebäude dem Studentenwerk gehört, müsst ihr an einer Darmstädter Hochschule studieren, um einziehen zu können.
