Ich suche für meine schöne altbau Wohnung eine(n) Mitbewohner(in). Die Wohnung ist wirklich Klasse – fast 90qm mit 3m hohen Decken zentral im Martinsviertel gelegen.
Die Wohnung ist für ihre Lage und Größe wirklich Preiswert, überall Dielenboden und ein schönes großes Bad mit Wanne und Fußbodenheizung! Die Wohnung ist ein einem guten Zustand, alle Wände sind gut verputzt, also keine Raufaser oder so. An der großen Wohnküche (Wasch- & Spülmaschine inkl.) ist direkt ein Balkon auf dem man super im Sommer grillen kann.
Ich suche eine(n) Mitbewohner(in), die/der längerfristig (1 Jahr+) ein Zimmer sucht. Soll ja keine reine Zweck-WG werden!
Falls du Interesse hast würde ich mich sehr über einen Anruf von dir freuen! Falls ich nicht ans Telefon gehe bin ich einfach nicht schnell genug gewesen oder hab mein Handy nicht dabei. Quatsch mir einfach was auf die Mailbox und ich ruf dann gleich zurück.
