Hallo,
ab dem 01.2.2009 wird bei mir ein schönes, helles Zimmer in einer 4er WG frei. Die WG befindet sich im Studentenwohnheim Karlshof, Das Zimmer ist ca. 11qm groß.
Die Miete setzt sich zusammen aus 150 € Grundmiete und 45 € Nebenkosten.
Da ich jetzt eine neue WG gefunden hab, deshalb wird mein Zimmer frei, somit kann ich das Zimmer für Februar vermieten.
Ich suche eine/n Zwischenmiter/In der/die am besten schon WG Erfahrung hat, und nicht allzu laut ist.
Am besten rufst du mich an oder schreib mir eine Mail und wir machen einen Besichtigungstermin aus, so dass du dir einen Eindruck von der WG verschaffen kannst und wir uns persönlich kennen lernen können.
