Hallo,
ich stelle mein Zimmer ab sofort als Zwischenmiete zur verfügung .
Die Preis ist abhängig von der Mietedauer und ist noch zu besprochen !
Das Zimmer gehört zu einer 4er-WG mit Küche und Wohnzimmer in einem Studnetwohnheim das wurde ganz neu renoviert und das klein aber sehr fein ist ;)
Ein kleiner Balkon und ein Keller sind auch dabei.
Das Zimmer selbst ist groß (12 qm) und hell, die Möbel würde ich drinlassen .
Die Lage ist super, 5 min zum nächsten Supermarkt (Penny/Tengermann), 2 min. zur Bushaltestelle (H-Bus;am karlshof). Uni, Innenstadt und Herrngarten sind auch in max. 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Achja, und die Mitbewohner sind auch nett, freuen sich über eine/n tolle/n Zwischenmieter/in.
