ich suche nette/n Zwischenmieter/in für meine nette WG ab sofort bis Ende September. Da ich ausziehe und falls du dich gut mit meinen Mitbewohnern verstehst, kannst du auch weiterhin dort wohnen.
Das Zimmer ist in einem Wohnheim am Karlshof. Du teilst dir mit noch einem Mitbewohner das Bad (es gibt insg. 3) und eine Abstellkammer (auch 3). Die WG ist auf 3 kleine Etagen verteilt. In deinem Zimmer steht ein großer Schrank,Bett, Schreibtisch, kleiner Tisch und Stuhl.Im Wohnheim gibt es ein "Waschsalon". Zu Fuß sind drei Supermärkte und zwei Bushaltestellen zu erreichen.
