We (Timo & Alberto) two awesome guys are looking for cool flat mate/s in our new great and comfy flat in Martinsviertel, Darmstadt. You are not gonna believe it but the flat consists in 2 floors (5th&6th). In the 5th floor there are 3 rooms (around 16, 18 and 35 sqm), a huge bathroom (15sqm), the kitchen (around 20 sqm) and the washing machine room (included). The big room (around 35 sqm) consists actually of two rooms, but you have to cross one room to get into the other and there is no door between these two rooms, but of course you have a door that separates the room from the corridor. This big room is for rent!! It could also be good for a couple.
The 6th floor is a loft where is placed the living room (around 50 sqm) and the second bathroom (around 14 sqm); the living room loft is totally a chill out place, we should have enough furniture and hobby gags to equip it but any nice contributions will be welcome.
Everything is in a very good condition, as you can see in the pictures. The location is quite perfect; you can reach the inner city by foot in about 15 minutes, the big park Herrengarten even faster. Close to the flat there is also a big parking lot, where you can leave your car for free. Around there are there are enough supermarkets and a good connection to the public transport.
Timo (22, german) is studying Digital Media at Fachhochschule Darmstadt.
Alberto (25, spanish) is doing a traineeship a engineer at the European Space Agency.
Our way of living is enviable. We are used to spend the spare time together, going out, travelling, making parties, doing sports, inviting people at home or cooking together since also each one has is own life. So we are looking for someone that is going to join our way of living. At home we are used to speak English in our daily live.
