Die WG ist etwa 5 Min Fußweg von der Uni Stadtmitte entfernt und der Bürgerpark ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu einer großen Sporthalle in der Badminton, Volleyball etc angeboten wird, sind es zu Fuß ebenfalls 5 Min. Ein Rewe ist ca 4 Min entfernt und zum Aldi braucht man etwa 10 Min.
Die WG Mitbewohner sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Einen Fernsehanschluss im Zimmer gibt es nicht, dafür aber DVB-T-Empfang.
