Hallo Zimmersuchende
Ein möbliertes Zimmer in WG zu vermieten. Das Zimmer ist c.a 12m2 ab 17.02.2011 frei.
Hauptmerkmal:
- Das Zimer liegt sehr zentral in Darmstadt (Nieder Ramstädter strasse 45). 4 min zum Tram ( tram 9 und 2 ) und Bus-K. 2 Haltstelle zum Luisenplatz. Uni ist in c.a 15min zu Fuß erreichbar.Zahlreiche Einkaufmöglichkeit in Nähe. Fenster nach Hinterhof -> sehr ruhig.
- Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert. Bett, Schrank, Tisch, Stuhl, Kühlschrank, neue Matratze, Kochplatte vorhanden. Sofort bewohnbar. ( Ich habe den Vertrag neulich gemacht, ich habe da noch keinen Tag gewohnt, weil ich bereits ein Zimmer in Wohnheim bekomme.)
- Internet per WLAN/LAN in Haus. ( teilen mit anderen Mitbewohner da. Kostet c.a 6€/Monat)
- Das zimmer hat aber Nachteil. Es gibt keine Küche im Haus. Man muss quasi im Zimmer kochen.
