Hey,
aufgrund eines halbjährigen Auslandsaufenthaltes unserer Mitbewohnerin (Nathalie) suchen wir (Kathy, 24, und Joshua, 21) passend zum Start des Wintersemesters ab dem 1.Oktober 2011 eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unser 11qm Zimmer.
Das Zimmer wird teilmöbliert zurückgelassen. Welche Möbel vorhanden sein werden, kann bei einer ersten Besichtigung erfragt und ggf. ausgehandelt werden;-)
Unsere Wohnung, schön hell und gut ausgestattet, liegt im 4. Stock unter dem Dach. Zentral gelegen: Straßenbahnhaltestelle Herdweg ist gleich um die Ecke (Linie 2 und 9). Zu Fuß braucht man nur ca. 10 Minuten ins Zentrum, mit dem Rad ist man in 5 Minuten auf der Lichtwiese. Ein Supermarkt (REWE) ist nicht weit und hat bis 24Uhr geöffnet!
Du solltest Nichtraucher, ordentlich und humorvoll sein:-)
