Hallo, ich suche eine Nachmieter für ein 12m² Zimmer in einer geräumigen 3er-WG.
Erwähnenswert sind das große, gemeinsam genutzte Wohnzimmer von ca.25m² sowie der große Balkon mit Blick über den Wald.
Für Sportler und Spaziergänger gleichermaßen interessant.
Die Lage ist natürlich besonders für Hochschul-Studenten interessant, da nur 15min Fußweg.
Weitere Entfernungen wären: 12min HBF/REWE, 20min Luisenplatz, 6min Bus/Mina Rees Str., 8min Tram/Maria Göppert Str.
