Hallo zusammen,
wir suchen eine Nachmieterin ab dem 01.05. Das Zimmer ist 12qm groß, hat eine 2te Ebene eingebaut mit nochmal 6qm (3,50m Deckenhöhe). Die Wohnung ist ein teilrenovierter Altbau (neue Fenster, Zentralheizung) mit ingesamt 130qm, großem Wohnzimmer (~25qm), großer Küche, Bad mit Badewanne, extra Toilette und liegt im Woogsviertel.
Wir sind alle Berufstätig, Besichtigungen daher am besten abends und/oder am Wochenende. Interessenten sollten wenn möglich zwischen 24 und 35 sein und schon bisserl WG Erfahrung mitbringen.
