Hi, suche neuen Mitbewohner/in zwischen 18 und 25 Jahren bereits zum 1.8.2011,da mein aktueller Mitbewohner auslandssemesterbedingt auszieht. Treffen zur Wohnungsbesichtigung sind ab sofort nach telefonischer Vereinbarung möglich. 200 Meter vom Haus entfernt fährt der H-Bus mit dem man in 8 Minuten in der Innenstadt ist. Die Wohnung verfügt über Küche, Bad, ein kleines Esszimmer sowie zwei Balkone. Eine Waschküche mit Trockner und Waschmaschine, sowie eine Sauna und ein Partyraum befinden sich im Keller. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über einen eigenen Kellerraum, sowie einen Parkplatz. Fahrradabstellplätze sind in ausreichender Form vorhanden. Außerdem gibt es zwei Aufzüge sowie einen Hausmeister.
