Wir suchen einen netten Mitbewohner/in, für ein helles WG-Zimmer im Martinsviertel.
Es handelt sich hierbei um einen sanierter Altbau mit schönen hohen Decken. Das Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon und zwei große Fenster. Das Zimmer ist sehr quadratisch geschnitten, so dass viel Spielraum für das gestalten der Einrichtung ist. Die Toilette und das Bad sind getrennt, was in der WG sehr praktisch ist. Die Küche ist mit etwa 12 qm auch sehr groß und macht ein gemeinsames Abendessen sehr angenehm.
Die Haltestelle Rhönring ist in direkter Nähe. Geschäfte wie Aldi, Tegut, Rewe, Netto und Penny sind auch unmittelbar in der Gegend. Zum schönen Herrngarten sind es gerade mal 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ein McFit ist in 10 Minuten auch sehr schnell erreicht.
Aktuell sind zwei nahezu identische Zimmer zu vergeben. Ihr werden die Anzeige bestimmt auch hier finden ;)
