Ich suche für mein kleines, aber feines Zimmer ab 1. Juni eine Nachmieterin. Eure Mitbewohner sind ein TU- und ein HDA-Student. Die Ausstattung der WG ist insgesamt recht gut, aber das könnt ihr ja auch oben lesen ;-) Das Zimmer selbst ist teilmöbliert mit Hochbett, großem Schreibtisch und einem Schrank. Durch das Hochbett ist das kleine Zimmer optimal genutzt! Die Innenstadt ist per Bus oder Fahrrad in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wohnung befinden sich zwei Bushaltestellen und zum Bahnhof sind es nur 10 Minuten Fußweg.
Damit die WG gemischt bleibt, wird nur eine Frau gesucht.
Wenn du Interesse hast, dann melde dich bitte bei meinem Mitbewohner Frederic unter und schreib schonmal ein bissl über dich. Besichtigung ist leider nur am 30. Mai möglich.
