Hallo,
ich bin Katha, 20 und studiere an der TU Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen. Meine Mitbewohnerin wird im Dezember mit ihrer Bachelorarbeit fertig, deshalb suche ich ab Januar einen Nachmieter für unsere 2er Wg.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10min (zu Fuß) vom Bahnhof entfernt und zur TU braucht man mit dem Rad knappe 5 Minuten. Die Haltestellen Rhein-/Neckarstraße und Kasinostraße sind beide in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Die beiden Zimmer sind in etwa gleich groß, also beide 17qm. Außerdem gehören zur WG noch eine kleine Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche. Internet und TV-Anschluss sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Ich freue mich, dich kennen zu lernen!
