für
das zweite Zimmer der WG suche ich ab Mitte Januar oder Anfang Februar einen neuen Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 63 qm, also neben den anderen zwei Zimmern noch ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad. Wir teilen uns den Hof mit der WG oben drüber, im Sommer wird draußen gegrillt und der Hof kann auch als Parkplatz genutzt werden.
Das Haus liegt zentral in der Nähe des Jugenstilbades - 5 min Fußweg bis zur Stadtmitte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen...
Ich wohne seit 4 Jahren in Darmstadt, habe Innenarchitektur studiert und werde jetzt neben dem Arbeiten nochmal anfangen Politikwissenschaft und Soziologie zu studieren.
Schön wäre wenn du vielleicht auch nicht ganz neu in Darmstadt bist und schon in WGs gewohnt hast.
