Hallo,
für das zweite Zimmer der WG suche ich ab Mitte April einen Zwischenmieter oder Zwischenmieterin. Das Zimmer an sich hat 14qm, die Wohnung hat insgesamt über 60 qm, also neben den anderen zwei Zimmern noch ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad. Haus und Hof teilen wir uns mit einer weiteren WG.
Schrank, Tisch und Bett im Zimmer kann stehen bleiben.
Das Haus liegt zentral in der Nähe des Jugenstilbades - 5 min Fußweg bis zur Stadtmitte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen...
Du würdest mit einer Innenarchitektin zusammenwohnen, die nebenher Politik und Soziologie studiert.
Das Zimmer wäre bis Anfang oder Ende August frei.
