Hi there,
We (Martin, studying machinebau 1st semester and Ilinca, doing a masters in urban development- both at TUd) are looking for a housemate in our new 3 room wg. We are hoping for someone who likes dogs (there is one in the house), is sociable, has many interests and a good sense of humor.
Your room will be the best one- 24 sqm, with a balcony and lots of light- and you would also have to be the main renter of the flat, instead of our housemate Andreas moving out.
Furniture is available on request (a desk, shelves and a couch; a closet can also be arranged).
The area- very new, quiet and with lots of green space- is located 11 min from Luisenplatz by trams 4 and 5. Supermarkets (pennymarkt, edeka, lidl) are very near by and so are some sport facilities (swimmingpool, ice skate ring).
