Liebe WG-Suchenden,
da ich neue räumliche Wege einschlage sucht unsere WG einen/eine neuen Mitbewohner/in für zum 15.2.12, notfalls auch zum 1.3.12.
Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß mit eingebauter zweiter Ebene, welche gegen VHB übernommen werden kann. Die Warmmiete beträgt 330 Euro inkl. Strom-, Wasser-, Gas-Abschlag, Telefon und Internetanschluss.
Außerdem hinterlasse ich zwei sehr liebe aufgeschlossene Mitbewohner, eine tolle Hausgemeinschaft mit der wir oft draußen im Garten sitzen oder gemeinsam kochen.
Wichtig ist, dass ihr ein Interesse am WG-Leben habt und für gemeinsame Aktivitäten aufgeschlossen seid. WG-Erfahrung ist von Vorteil.
