Für mein Zimmer in der WG suche ich ab 1 April bis 1 Juli einen Zwischenmieter oder Zwischenmieterin. Das Zimmer an sich hat 20qm, die Wohnung hat insgesamt über 60 qm, also neben den anderen zwei Zimmern noch ein gemeinsame Küche und Bad.
Das Zimmer ist möbiliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch,Kleiderschrank, Schlafsofa und Fernseher.
Das Haus liegt zentral in der Nähe der Kuppelkirche - 5 min Fußweg bis zur Stadtmitte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen.
In der Wohnung ist eine Kueche(komplett moebliert + Waschmaschine,Staubsauger,...) zum Gemeinschaftsnutzen. Es gibt auch 1 Balkon,1 WC und 1 Bad. Zur Zeit wohnt da 1 Frau und 1 Mann. Die Warmmiete betraegt 380 Euro(Strom,Heizung,Wasser,Internet,...).
Es gibt keine weiteren Kosten.
