Das Zimmer ist ca. 15qm groß mit einem großen Fenster (keine Straßenseite) und wurde vor wenigen Monaten frisch gestrichen. Es gibt eine gemeinsame Küche (Herd, Spüle, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher und ausreichend Küchenschränke vorhanden) und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Internet (DSL) und Telefon sind beides Flatrates (Telefon nur Festnetz).
Das andere Zimmer hat einen Balkon, der mitbenutzt werde kann.
Es gibt einen Abstellraum im Keller und vor dem Haus Fahrradständer.
Das Haus liegt in einer (für Darmstadt) ruhigen Straße gerade hinter der Grenze zwischen Darmstadt und Bessungen. Die Haltestelle Eschollbrücker Straße ist in ca. 2 min. zu Fuß erreichbar, von da aus sind es mit der Linie 7/8 4 min. zu Luisenplatz und 6 min. bis zum Willi-Brandt-Platz.
Zu Fuß ist der Luisenplatz ca. 10-15 min. entfernt.
Auch die HDA ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen (ca. 10 min).
Das Haus ist ziemlich ruhig, viele der anderen Mietparteien sind Studenten-WGs.
Der zweite Mitbewohner ist Elektrotechnik-Student, 27, Langschläfer und unkompliziert.
Für WG-Parties o.ä. ist die Wohnung zwar zu klein; prinzipielle Partytauglichkeit wird trotzdem gerne gesehen :-) (ist aber nicht zwingend erforderlich)
Rauchen auf dem Balkon ist in Ordnung, im Zimmer eher nicht.
Ihr könnt euch das Zimmer vorzugsweise abends anschauen.
