I would like to rent my room out from 10 March to 15 April as I'm going to Asia to experience warmth again!
The room is roughly 13 square metres I think - but it's plenty big enough and has a very high ceiling. In fact this is a characteristic of the whole flat which also has wooden floors and a good heating system. It also has a massive living room, a washing machine, a dishwasher, fast internet, a balcony looking on to a garden. The beautiful Herrengarten is across the street and it's a 5 min walk to Luisenplatz, the centre of Darmstadt. There's are also trams outside the front door.
I live with three very nice Germans - a social worker, a multimedia guy and a nursery school teacher. They're very friendly and will give you your privacy.
I have taken nice photos but I'm not sure where to post them. Email me if you want to see them. You can also text me and we can arrange a very quick viewing - this weekend would be good.
It would be great to find someone to use the flat for the entire period I'm away - and such a person will def get preference. But if you can only stay 2 weeks or so it still might be worth your while contacting me. Payment upfront would be preferable.
