Eine große, moderne Küche ist vorhanden. Es gibt zwei schöne Bäder mit jeweils Dusche und WC und außerdem noch viel Fläche - nutzbar z.B. als Wohnzimmer.
Waschmaschinen und Trockner sowie einen Abstellraum gibt es im Keller.
