Das Zimmer ist ein sehr helles Dachgeschoss Zimmer, dessen schräge Decke etwa bei 2,10 anfängt und bei 3,30 aufhört. Das Zimmer ist mit einem großem Fenster versehen und wie die gesamte Wohnung ganz frisch renoviert. Es wird möbliert vermietet, die Möbel können bei Bedarf im Kelleraum verstaut werden.
Die oben angegeben Kaltmiete ist eigentlich warm, mit Strom und Internet!!
Super zentral, vllt. 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur TU Darmstadt Stadtmitte. Netto nur zwei Hausnummern weiter und die Innenstadt auf der Hausrückseite.
Wir, dass sind derzeit Ansgar, Luca, Christian und ich sind eine bunt gemischte Gruppe aus einem Architekten, einem Wirtschaftsingenieur, einem ET/ITler und einem Maschinenbauer. Wir verfolgen verschiedene Hobbys, wie bspw. Tennis und Squash und unternehemen recht oft was zusammen gerade abends. Je nachdem, ob es sich gerade ergibt kochen wir auch mal zusammen.
Zimmer kann auch zur Zwischenmiete vergeben werden. Mietdauer minimal 3 Monate.
