ich bin Wirtschaftsingenieur-Student an der TU Darmstadt und biete ein 16m² großes, unmöbliertes Zimmer zur Untermiete an.
Die Gesamtgröße der WG beträgt ca.80m² und besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, Balkon, Küche, Bad und WC.
Die Wohnung wurde vor einem Jahr komplett umgebaut und befindet sich in 1A-Zustand. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und wird auch als Wohnküche verwendet.
S-Bahn Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür. 400m Fußweg ins Stadtzentrum. Studenten: 5 min mit Fahrrad zur H_da, 10 Gehminuten zur TU-Stadtmitte. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE)um die Ecke.
Fahrradabstellplätze in der Tiefgarage verfügbar. Bei Bedarf auch ein Autostellplatz zusätzlich zu erwerben.
Ich bin 20 Jahre alt, studiere im 2.Semester an der TU Darmstadt und suche einen netten, sympathischen und aufgeschlossenen Mitbewohner.
