Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist unmöbliert, hat circa 12 qm (3 x 4 Meter), Blickrichtung Süden. Es gibt einen gemeinschaftlichen Fahrradkeller sowie einen extra Kellerraum für jede Wohnung. TV Anschluss sowie WLAN und Telefon vorhanden, die Küche ist bereits möbliert, zusätzlich hat die Wohnung auch einen Balkon mit Sicht auf die Grünanlage des Hauses.
Das Haus liegt zentral gelegen zwischen Stadtmitte und Lichwiese, zudem sehr ruhig gelegen. Nur 150 Meter entfernt befindet sich ein Rewe, die nächste Haltestelle von Bus und Straßenbahn ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Die Stadtmitte ist in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Zu uns: Wir sind zwei Studenten im 7. Semester (Mechatronik / Chemie), 21 bzw. 22 Jahre alt. Wir machen viel zusammen, z.B. Beachvolleyball spielen gehen, schauen zusammen Fußball, auch gerne im Stadion. Im Sommer grillen wir gerne auf unserem Balkon und trinken ein paar Bier oder gehen abends weg.
