Entschuldige, dass die Anzeige auf Englisch ist. Ich kann auch Deutsch, falls Sie lieber auf Deutsch kommuniziern wollen.
I am offering a room in an apartment with 4 roommates, who are easy to get along with. They all work during the day, and in the evenings we enjoy meeting together after work for end of the day beer on the balcony. It is a German-speaking WG, however the other roommates speak some English.
The BALCONY over-looking the courtyard is wonderful in the summer. The KITCHEN is fully equiped. There are 2 TOILETS and one large bathroom with a SHOWER and TUB. We have a WASHER and DRYER. And once a week a CLEANING LADY comes to clean all of the shared areas (bathroom, toilets, kitchen). It's wonderful :)
The room itself has a large desk, night stand, dresser and a double bed. The large window lets in a lot of light, but the roll-down shutters allow you to take a mid-day nap in the in complete darkness.
The apartment is located 15 min. walk from the Darmstadt center, 10 min. from the Mathildenhöhe, and there are 2 bus stops just 3 minute walk from the house to get you to other parts of town (such as the Hauptbahnhof) quickly.
