Ich suche ab sofort einen zwischenzeitlichen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer im Martinsviertel.
Die Wohnung ist ab 01.09. gekündigt, deshalb ist das Angebot nur für vorübergehend Wohnungssuchende geeignet. In meinem Zimmer befindet sich ein Bett, ein kleiner Schreibtisch sowie ein Kleiderschrank, die Möbel würde ich im Zimmer lassen.
Ausserdem gibt es ein nettes Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Esstisch und einem kleinen netten Balkon. Meine ehem. Mitbewohnerin ist berufstätig und tagsüber meistens nicht zu Hause.
