Ich werde für ein halbes Jahr die Stadt verlassen und biete mein sehr gemütliches Zimmer mit Dielenboden, Ledercouch, 1,40m Bett,
Kleiderschränkchen und Schreibtisch zum regulären Mietpreis von 285 € all inclusive vom 1.9.12 bis ca. 1.3.13.
Meine 4 Mitbewohner sind super, jedoch werden 2 von ihnen ebenfalls ausziehen, weil sie mit ihrem Studium fertig sind.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Zwischen Stadtmitte und unserem Haus befindet sich lediglich der Herrngarten, der zentrale große Park in Darmstadt.
Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist 30 m entfernt, der nächste Supermarkt 400 m.
