Es handelt sich um ein 16m² Zimmer in einer 2 Zimmer Wohnung mit Küche und getrenntem Bad und WC. Das Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster und eine lichte Höhe von ca 2,80m und ist daher gut möblierbar. In die gesamte Wohnung dringt selbst bei geöffnetem Fenster kaum Lärm von der Straße.
Ist ab sofort Bezugsbereit.
Die Lage ist zentral und nur eine S-Bahn Station vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt, daher bestehen gute Anbindungen mit der S3 und dem K-Bus. Das bedeutet gleichzeitig Uni-Nähe sowohl zur TU, zur h_da und zur Ev. Hochschule.
Alles ideal auch mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet der REWE-City am Hauptbahnhof und das Nazar Center 2 Straßen weiter, sowie der in 10 min erreichbare Luisenplatz.
Ab und zu ein gemeinsamer Abend wäre schön, aber ist nicht zwingend notwending und jeder kann sein Studentenleben individuell gestalten.
