Hallo Zimmersuchende,
ich verlasse zum 1.9. ein 17qm großes Zimmer im schönen Woogsviertel und suche hierfür einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 55qm groß und liegt im 2. OG eines Eckhauses. Neben dem angebotenen Zimmer, gibt es noch ein weiteres mit Balkon, eine Küche, Flur und Tageslichtbad. Im Keller gibt es auch noch jede Menge Platz etwas abzustellen.
Man wohnt hier sehr zentral. Von einer Party aus nach Hause zu laufen, ist überhaupt kein Problem. Außerdem ist man schnell im Hochschulbad, am Woog oder im Jugendstilbad.
Die Haltestelle "Roßdörfer Platz" ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Von dort fahren die Linien 2,9,K,KU alle paar Minuten ab.
Ein Nahkauf befindet sich nur eine Minute entfernt und den REWE der Heinrichstraße, der bis 24 Uhr geöffnet hat, erreicht man auch problemlos zu Fuß. Ansonsten hilft auch mal die Tankstelle gegenüber weiter.
Euer zukünftiger Mitbewohner Bernhard ist 21 Jahre alt und studiert Maschinenbau an der TU.
Besichtigungstermine sind vom 6.8. bis spätestens 16.8. möglich.
Beschreibt bitte kurz und knackig wer ihr seid, was ihr macht und wann ihr Zeit hättet vorbeizukommen und schickt es am besten direkt an Bernhard:
