ca. 3 min in die Fußgängerzone (hier finden sich auch die unterschiedlichsten Supermärkte)
ca. 15 min zu Fuß zur TU Stadtmitte
ca. 8 min zur FH
ca. 10 min zum Luisenplatz (ab hier ÖPNV in alle Richtungen)
Wichtig - Wichtig - Wichtig:
Der Vermieter vermietet nur Einzelzimmer an STUDENTEN und STUDENTINNEN BIS 25 Jahren. Wer diese Kriterien nicht erfüllt hat leider keine Chance auf das Zimmer. Sorry.
