Zur Zwischenmiete steht ein Zimmer in einer 4 Zimmerwohnung in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof Darmstadt.
Weil ich für 6 Monate ins Ausland gehe, biete ich das Zimmer erstmal zur Zwischenmiete an. Über eine Verlängerung oder Mietübernahme kann allerdings auch geredet werden.
Demnach wäre das Zimmer vermutlich teilmöbliert (Schreibtisch, Bett, Schrank), aber auch darüber kann man natürlich reden.
Durch ein großes Wohnzimmer bekommt die Wohnung und das WG-Leben zusätzlich Gemütlichkeit und Flair. Außerdem ist die Küche ebenfalls sehr geräumig. Insgesamt stehen 101qm für 3 Leute zur Verfügung.
Zu dem Zimmer gibts nicht viel zu sagen: es hat 18.75qm, ein großes Fenster, eine Tür und eine relativ hohe Decke.

Weil die Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof liegt, ist alles in Darmstadt schnell zu erreichen.
Im Hauptbahnhof gibts noch einen Rewe, der auch Sonntags geöffnet hat.
Ansonsten in direkter Nähe: Bäcker, Kino und Post.
Mit der Bahn oder dem Rad ist man in circa 5-10 Minuten am Luisenplatz oder an der Uni.
Die Mitbewohner sind ebenfalls Studenten (23 und 24).
Die lernst Du aber am besten persönlich kennen.
WG-Leben war bisher bei uns immer prima, es gab keine Probleme. Bei Fragen einfach melden.
