ich suche hier einen Nachmieter/in für meine
Mitbewohnerin Sara. Die Gesamtgröße der Wohnung
beträgt ca 50qm. Internet/Telefon muss neu ein-
gerichtet werden. Sara ist Schülerin der Oberstufe
und wohnt seit etwa 4 Monaten hier. Im Haus
wohnen viele Studenten. Sonst ist alles sehr ruhig,
man hört keine Bahnen o.Ä.
Im Keller und Dachboden ist Platz zum abstellen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen 10min
zur Lichtwiese. 2min zum Bus. Ein Netto ist
auch 2min zu erreichen.

WG Leben blieb erstmal auf kleiner Flamme, da ich nicht
sehr oft zuhause war. Mit Sara bin ich sehr gut zurechtgekommen, wenn sie Parties gefeiert hat war
sie sehr rücksichtsvoll. Alles in allem TOP-Mitbewohnerin.
