Ich suche einen netten und ordentlichen Zwischenmieter für mein ca. 13qm großes Zimmer! Es hat ein großes Fenster zur Nordseite und ist komplett möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Regal, Kommode, Nachttisch und Kleiderstange)! Fotos folgen noch!
Die Küche ist auch komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht!
Da ich ausziehe und ab November eine neue Mieterin einzieht steht das Zimmer nur zur Zwischenmiete bereit. Das Ein- und Auszugsdatum ist flexibel, also fragt bei Interesse einfach nach ;-)
Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Martinsviertel und hat eine gute Verkehrsanbindung! Der L-Bus fährt direkt vor der Tür, zur Tram-Station "Rhönring" läuft man 10 min zu Fuß und der K-Bus, der zur TU-Lichtwiese fährt ist auch in 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur TU Stadtmitte läuft man auch nur 10 min. Liegt also super zentral!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es auch genug in Laufnähe (Rewe, Aldi, Penny)!
Es wohnt noch meine Mitbewohnerin hier. Sie ist Studentin an der TU und ist zur Zeit aber eher verreist, als zu Hause. Sind ja auch Semesterferien :-) Sie ist sehr nett und ordentlich, aber für den kurzen Mietzeitraum werde ich mir genauere Beschreibungen jetzt sparen!
