One of our flatmates will move out in the beginning of October and we are searching for a new person to take the room.

This WG is in Martinsviertel.
2 x REWE, 1x NETTO, 1x Penny, 1x Aldi, 2 Bäckerei are near.
H-bus (in 2 min), F-bus (in 4 min)
::: What do we already have :::::::::::::::::::
We have everything what we need, washing machine,
enough freezer, TV, microwave, oven, toaster, bread cutter, other kitchen stuffs ... and so on.
We have an extra tiny small guest room with a single bed.
We also have a cellar and a small garden with bike stands.
Specially we have a clean and bright kitchen with amazing views.
::: Who do we want :::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
This is an international WG. We can speak german but not fluently so we need someone who can speak English, you don't need to speak very well though.
We are pretty quiet and like to keep our flat clean.
But we want someone who is not only quiet and clean but also friendly and trustworthy.
It is needed somebody over 24 and with experience sharing flats.
It is essential condition to get the brand new furniture that our flatmate will leave (double bed, big desk and two chest of drawers). Base price: 225€
Flat deposit is very low.
