Hallo zusammen,
Ich wohne in dieser WG in einem Haus, das zu einem deutschen Paar gehört. Sie wohne in 1.Geschoss. Wir,4 Studenten,wohnen in Erdgeschoss.
Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 10qm,aber für ein Student bequem. Du kannst die Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine und Internet(Festnetz) mitbenutzen.
Wegen Abschluss meines Masterstudiums ziehe ich aus. €188,07 ist Warmmiete.
Von der WG sind es nur
- 8 Gehminuten zu S-Bahn-Haltestelle "Flughafenstraße",(L4,9:beide fahren zu Luisenplatz)
-Das Zimmer liegt ganz in der Nähe zum Darmstadt Hbf,ca.15 Minuten inklusiv Fußgehen zu Hauptbahnhof.
-mit Straßenbahn 12 min zum Luisenplatz
-2 min zu Rewe Center Supermarkt
-5 min zu Aldi und Toom Baumarkt
Wir sind 3 Studenten aus Deutschland.
Wir sprechen Deutsch zuhause.
Manchemal spielen wir zusammen Karte oder ins Kino gehen usw...
Meine Mitbewohner sind nett.
Schreibt mir einfach eine Email.
Meine Möbel sollen übernommen werden. Dazu gehören 1 Schreibtisch, 1 Bücherregal, Wandregal, Kleidungschrank, großes Bett mit Matraze. Ein alter Fernseher mit Antenne. Alle zusammen ist €100.
In meinem Zimmer ist der Digital Fernsehanschluss schwierig zu verwenden.
