Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoss der ehemaligen Weltbank. Das Haus ist zentral gelegen und es sind nur wenige Gehminuten zur nächsten Haltestelle (Rhein-Neckar-Str. und Kasinostraße).
Im gibt einen großen Fahrradkeller, Waschmaschinen direkt im Keller und einen Abstellraum. Die Küche benutzen wir zusammen, sowie das Bad.
Dein Zimmer liegt zum Hof hin gelegen, deshalb ist es auch unter der Woche ruhig.
Ich mache meinen Master in der TU Darmstadt im Fach Maschinenbau und treibe in der Freizeit viel Sport, unter Anderem laufe ich Marathon und fahre Rennrad.
Das Zimmer wird kurzfristig zum 01.01.2014 frei und ich freue mich auf eine kurze Nachricht mit deinen Infos. Termine zur Besichtigung sind kurzfristig auszumachen und am Wochenende sowie unter der Woche abends möglich.
