Wir wohnen in einer 3-Zimmer-Dachgeschosswohnung (insgesamt ca. 70 qm), in der es ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer, eine voll eingerichtete Küche & ein Bad mit Dusche gibt.
Dein Zimmer ist 16qm groß, hat eine schmale Schräge und liegt S-S-O - also den ganzen Tag Sonnenschein :)
Mit meiner jetzigen Mitbewohnerin zieht leider auch die Waschmaschine aus...vielleicht bringst du ja eine mit? :-D
Die WG liegt im schönen Woogsviertel & ist nur wenige Minuten vom Rossdörfer Platz (K-Bus, Linien 2 und 9) entfernt.
In nächster Nähe gibts auch einen Supermarkt.
Leider haben wir keine eigenen Parkplätze oder so, aber in den umliegenden Straßen lässt sich eigentlich immer ein Plätzchen fürs Auto finden.
Ich bin 26, Studentin und habe fast 6 Jahre WG-Erfahrung hinter mir. Die WG ist mein Zuhause - nicht nur während des Semesters - und ich suche eine/n gesellige/n & unkomplizierte/n Mitbewohner/in :-)
