Meine Mitbewohnerin zieht aus und wir suchen für ihr 16qm großes Zimmer eine/n Nachmieter/in. Die Wohnung ist ca. 72qm, hell und weitestgehend eingerichtet.
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit 18qm sehr groß und hell zur Westseite gelegen. Der Balkon geht von dort ab.
Das frei werdende Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß und ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen (Ostseite). Meine Mitbewohnerin würde sich freuen, wenn du ihren Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl und eventuell ihre kleine Kommode übernehmen würdest.
Einzugstermin ist idealerweise der 01. Mai 2014. Ggf. ist es möglich, dass du das Zimmer bereits einige Tage früher beziehen kannst.

Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 10 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum sowie 10 Min vom Hbf und der Uni entfernt. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die TU Stadtmitte ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt, die Hochschule ist direkt um die Ecke.
