As I go abroad, I will offer my room for sublease. It will be available from the first week of April to the 9th of Mai.
- The room is 22 m2, and it has the following furnitures:
- one bed of 1.4x2.0 meters,
- one couch,
- one bookcase,
- one desk and one bedside table.
- The room is supplemented by a walk-in closet, a big window and a back door that opens to the garden. All the room is very bright (if there is sun, of course).
- The rest of the apartment (100 m2) is fully furnished, and is composed by:
- 2 more rooms,
- one living room,
- 2 bathrooms,
- one private garage, one basement and a private garden.
- The kitchen is furnished with a dishwasher, four hotplates, one fridge and one oven.
The house is located very close to the Herrngarten, between the Rhönring and the Palasswiesenstrasse stops (4,5,6,7 and 8 tram lines).
It is located at 15 minutes by foot to Luisenplatz, in a nice and friendly neighbourhood. In the surroundings there are also two supermarkets, one swimming pool and several other bullshits.
The flatmates are two German guys and one Italian-Colombian girl, between 23 and 30 years old. They are students, workers and students-workers and they are all very nice! They all speak German and English (contrary to me that I am learning German but I still don't have too much clue).
