Hallo!
Da ich für 1 Monat auf Reise bin suchen ich ab dem 01.09.14 bis zum 1.10.14 einen Zwischenmieter für unsere 3-er WG in Darmstadt Mitte.
Das Zimmer ist 21 qm groß, hat einen Laminatboden und eine hohe Decke. Die Fenster sind Richtung Osten, Morgensonne garantiert! Wohnzimmer ist auch vorhanden.
Lage:
Unsere Wohnung liegt in Darmstadt Mitte. Die Strassenbahnhaltestelle der Linien 1,7,8 ist direkt vor dem Haus. Parkplatz vor dem Haus kann kostenlos genutzt werden.
In der Umgebung findet sich alles, was man braucht: Rewe, Sparkasse, Apotheke, Bäcker, Pizzeria, Eiscafé, eine coole Bar und ein gutes Café/Restaurant.
(Zur Not auch Friseur, Blumenladen, Schneider, Bekleidungsgeschäfte, Dönerladen und Callshop) Zu Fuß läuft man ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Innerstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad geht es noch viel schneller!
Momentan wohnen in der Wg Till(Geowissenschaften) und Lorenz(Geowissenschaften)also allesamt Studenten,sehr ugänglich und offen. Ich denke für diese kurze Zeit ist das Wg- Leben sowieso nicht oberstes Auswahlkriterium.
