ich suche zum 01.12.2014 eine/n Mitbewohner/in für eine 2er WG im Herzen Darmstadts.
Das Zimmer (16 qm) befindet sich im 6. Stock, ist vollmöbliert (Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Bett) und hat einen eigenen kleinen Balkon.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Haltestelle Rhein-Neckar-Straße liegt praktisch vor der Tür. Stadtmitte und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 2 Minuten erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 61 qm groß, Küche, Bad, Wohnzimmer (ebenfalls mit Balkon) und Abstellraum sind gemeinschaftlich nutzbar. Die Waschmaschine kann ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden. Ein Keller ist ebenfalls vorhanden (ca. 5-6 qm). Abstellplätze für Fahrrad und Auto gibt es auch.
Im Preis von 370 Euro sind alle Nebenkosten, sowie Strom und Internet-Flat enthalten. Die Kaution beträgt 600 Euro. Gerne auch Zwischenmieter.
Zu meiner Person: bin m, 33 Jahre alt, Absolvent der TU Darmstadt, ruhiger, sauberer und sehr umgänglicher Mensch.
