Das WG-Zimmer liegt in optimaler Lage um alle wichtigen Punkte in Darmstadt schnell zu erreichen. Zur TU Stadtmitte sind es nur 5 min mit dem Bus und zum Bahnhof (mit Supermarkt) wie zur EFH 5 min zu Fuß. Die Hochschule ist 15 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem stabilen Hochbett ausgestattet das bei Decken mit 3.80 m genug Platz lässt. Unter dem Hochbett sind ca. 1.75 m Platz, die mit dem verbauten Schreibtisch mit Regalen sinnvoll genutzt werden.
In der WG gibt es alles nötige, eine Waschmaschine, eine eingerichtete Küche, Dusche, Wlan und etwas Stauraum im Keller. Wlan wird mit einer benachbarten WG geteilt und dafür zahlt jeder monatlich 6 € zusätzlich zu den normalen Nebenkosten.
Du würdest mit Sebastian und Andreas zusammen wohnen, beide Studenten und ruhige Mitbewohner, die aber in der WG auch gerne etwas zusammen unternehmen.
